Mike came to us looking to develop a content rich landing page for his Roof Box Franchise that he was goon to make National.
We helped Mike produce and organise his offer to best attract his demographic towards requesting more information, producing Mike leads.
Mike’s roof box hire franchise was full of potential for almost any investor – his systematic approach to franchising ensured that! From here he just needed to properly communicate this to his audience.
Mike would find explaining the franchise directly to people over the phone or in person drummed up a lot of interest and attention in his franchise opportunity.
This was fantastic for anyone interested in person, but his pitch just wasn’t translating digitally, which was leaving a gaping hole in his potential reach…
Our solution to Mike’s problem involved taking that wealth of knowledge Mike has built up over the years of running his own roof box hire company.
And developing on and communicating that information in a consistent, ordered and engaging way.
From here we decided the best call of action would be to produce a content rich website which would act like a virtual Mike. Able to answer any and every question that his potential customer had.
Throughout the site we added calls to action, to receive a copy of a redesigned prospectus. This allowed us to collect information on the customer, ready for Mike to call within days to follow us with his potential franchisees.
To drum up attention we developed a mailshot campaign directed at people in the UK interested in franchises. Updating potential franchisees with news and developments from the NRBH team blog.

In September 2018 – 2019, 47.12% of users visited UK sites on PC with 42.72% on mobile and 10.16% on tablet.
That’s 52.88% of leads that Mike could have been throwing away had we not set up his site for both Mobile and Tablet.

It was imperative that the website took the burden off of Mike and ran autonomously without error.
We choose to use MailChimp to autorespond to interested visitors by sending them their prospectus, this also allowed us to save important information like Area of interest, Name, Email and Phone Number.
We set this up so Mike would automatically recieve these new enquiries directly to his inbox with little to no delay.
We recognised the importance of producing enough written content to develop trust in potential franchisees early on.
We informed Mike on this and worked with him to develop a plethora of articles, pages and infographics to represnt Mike’s own understanding and personality.
This allowed us to take the burden of Mike and produce a 24/7 virtual sales pitch – completely automated.
The end goal being that all Mike now has to do is follow up with the enquires that are sent to him via email…
We informed Mike that a blog would be effective towards retaining interest in potential franchisees as NRBH is constantly developing new deals for it’s franchisees and more effective marketing techniques as it grows.
A blog allowed us the ability to update our developing mailing list of interested people with news of new franchisee owners, developments and offers and more…
We placed call to action buttons across the site, which linked to the contact form. Developing a familiarity with the audience and acting as a teaser.
This ability to decide that your ready to ‘Request Information’ greatly improved the number of enquiries sitewide, within hours of implementation.
Our work with Mike is ongoing, we’re A/B testing both his website and his marketing efforts daily.
As we develop new and interesting techniques we’re seeing interest and enquiries double and triple overtime, with small but pertinent implementations.
Mike has access to the Live Analytics of his site 24/7, he can see who’s online at any given time and also where they came from and what pages they visited and how quickly they left.
There’s a plethora of data to track and AB Test – thanks to our Google Analytics integration.
We track similar results for him such as button presses and page opens with Facebook pixel, which allows us to track and improve our marketing efforts.
